When you submit the contact form or visit the website, the following data may be processed:

• Request details: the industry you select, the subject and the content of your message

• Carrying out service and project processes and maintaining communication

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (c), for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent under Article 5/1.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our service providers for website hosting, email delivery and, with your consent, analytics, and to authorised public institutions where required by law. The servers of our hosting and email providers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website, by automated and partly automated means. Completing the form is optional; you may also contact us directly by phone or email.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

9. Applications

You may submit your requests by email to info@tdgteknoloji.com or in writing to İzmir - Türkiye, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
