We deliver complete solutions for new investments as well as improvements, maintenance and spare parts requirements for existing systems.

Our independence from manufacturers means that TDG is not limited to a specific brand or product range. Equipment and technologies are selected according to operational requirements, system compatibility, performance, ease of maintenance and investment cost. This approach allows systems from different manufacturers to work together and prevents customers from becoming dependent on a single supplier.

MHS is the general term for material handling systems that transport, direct and sort products, parcels, pallets and other materials within a facility.

BHS refers to baggage handling systems used at airports to transport, inspect, track and sort baggage between the acceptance point, aircraft and baggage reclaim area.

AS/RS refers to automated storage and retrieval systems that automatically store products or pallets and retrieve them when required.

TDG provides much more than consultancy. We can manage the entire process, including engineering, design, manufacturing, software, automation, installation and commissioning. Each of these services can also be provided separately according to the requirements of the project.

Yes. Our independence from manufacturers allows us to provide maintenance, improvement, capacity expansion, spare parts and technical support for existing systems from different brands. The available scope of support is determined after evaluating the site, system compatibility and level of technical access.

Yes. A new project is not required to purchase spare parts from TDG. We can identify and supply the appropriate part by reviewing equipment information, part codes, dimensions, technical documents or photographs.

Once the site analysis is complete and the technical requirements are confirmed, we can provide the first technical drawings and proposed solution documents within one week. The duration of detailed engineering and final design depends on the project scope, system complexity and approval process.

The process begins with understanding the operational requirements and project objectives. We then visit the site to take measurements and examine the existing system and actual operating conditions. Based on the collected information, we prepare the concept design, technical solution and project scope. Once the proposal and design are approved, we proceed with detailed engineering, manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning.

The duration depends on the system scope, site conditions, quantity of equipment, integration requirements and permitted working hours. Instead of providing a standard duration, we prepare a project specific implementation schedule following the site analysis and engineering study. This schedule is shared with the customer during the proposal stage.

Yes. The initial site survey is free of charge. For sites abroad or locations that are difficult to access, we aim to complete the initial assessment through online meetings, video calls, technical documents and remote access tools whenever possible. This approach shortens the evaluation process and reduces unnecessary travel costs. If a physical site visit is required, the visit conditions are planned separately.

Both working methods form part of the project plan. Critical stages such as site measurement, installation, testing and commissioning are carried out with the participation of the TDG technical team at the site. Remote support can also be used for project monitoring, software assistance and ongoing technical support.

For requests within Türkiye, the first technical response is provided within 12 hours for urgent cases and within 24 hours for standard cases. For requests from abroad, the first response is provided within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the fault, support may be provided remotely or through the assignment of a field service team. If a physical visit is required, travel time and site conditions are also considered.

Yes. Customers without a periodic maintenance agreement can still request technical support. However, customers with an active maintenance agreement receive priority in service planning and response. Other requests are scheduled according to the availability of the technical team and the scope of the required work.

Spare parts available in stock are dispatched on the same day. The delivery time for parts requiring custom manufacturing depends on their technical specifications, production method and manufacturing process. The estimated delivery date is shared with the customer after the technical review.

Yes. TDG emergency technical support is available to all customers 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Requests are evaluated according to their urgency and effect on the operation. While the contractual priorities of customers with maintenance agreements remain in place, TDG works to respond to every customer request as quickly as possible.

A manufacturer will generally offer solutions based on its own product portfolio. TDG can evaluate and integrate systems and components from different manufacturers. Managing engineering, manufacturing, integration and field support through a single point of contact reduces the customer’s need to coordinate multiple technical suppliers.

The project budget is prepared and presented after the technical and operational scope has been defined. A standard service fee is applied to technical support requests. Additional travel costs may apply depending on the location of the site. If the work significantly exceeds the expected duration, any additional labor cost is discussed with the customer in advance and added on an hourly basis following mutual approval.

TDG does not only serve large projects. Each solution is developed according to the operational volume, existing infrastructure, growth plans and investment budget of the facility. We provide scalable solutions ranging from smaller systems to comprehensive automation projects.
